Michelle, I particularly like the last few designs you have created based around the ear.

I agree with Mark. The finial ideas are really good- particularly the last three where the drawing of the ear is simplified to crescent shapes. Really nice concept.

For the ones where you've drawn the 'E' backwards, I think it doesn't really work because it just looks like 'TIME' backwards. I had the same issue.

Hi Michelle I have to agree with the others I think the last one which shows the progression of the ear into a basic shape is amazing. The one there it spirals out seams to say time, I also had this problem when doing one similar.

I also like your first designs however they seem to be more based on the font side of things, maybe if you mixed some of these fonts with the ear idea.

Thanks, Martyn

WOW!!! So much quality and such a hard choice. Thus realy deserves a wow factor.

After there are three that seem to catch my complete attention though. These are:

- The last design on the second page.

- The first design on page 3.

- And the final designs on page 3.

Good work Michelle, looking ever so forward to the time when we will be able to see the finished logo design.

I really like some of the designs you've come up with, I'm doing this comment with a few people sat around making comments. And they they have all pointed out a few of the best ideas, particularly the one meant to be in a 3rd square on that top one, and another which i'll point out at a later date.

Becareful as Tom said not to let it look like time records, instead of emit.. a company really don't want mix up to be a factor in getting their record label known. Aswell as it meant to be signficant company branding for everyone to see.

I really like the idea of incorporating the ear and making into the letter 'e' and but I think that it would require quite thin lines to provide the necessary detail and this could prove to be a problem when altering the size of the logo.

My favourite logo is this one. I think it meets all the four basic principles Steve talked about on Monday, it's eye-catching and gives you an immediate sense of what the company is all about.

I really like the ones under the ear pictures. Also the one on the first page which has the I under the letters. I think it makes the lines flow.

Also the one on the first page that has the large E. It is very dynamic which is similar to the music.

I have to say the square one with the sharm m and e looks rather like the wakefield college logo and i dont think it is right for this project.

Please see my email.

Although many of my classmates have said this already, you have come up with a really good concept with the shape of the ear resembling an 'e'. Apart from this one, I like the set of logos underneath these on the same page.

You have a really strong set of designs there and I would love to see how you develop these futher!!

I like the bottom right one on the last page the best. It's simple and clear, and should scale well.

I'd love to see that developed more.
